En effet, l\u2019habitude alimentaire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu\u2019ils sont consomm\u00e9s comme dessert, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire apr\u00e8s les repas\u00a0ou comme ap\u00e9ritif (avant les repas). Alors que les fruits sont seulement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques lorsqu\u2019ils sont consomm\u00e9s avant les repas, parce que leur contenance en sucre donne un app\u00e9tit qui sera combl\u00e9 naturellement par les repas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Fruits en ap\u00e9ritif, quels bienfaits\u00a0pour la sant\u00e9 ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a aucun d\u00e9bat sur le fait que les fruits sont importants pour le bien-\u00eatre de notre organisme. Oui, nul ne pourra remettre en cause le fait qu\u2019ils sont riches en vitamine C, en fibres et en antioxydants. C\u2019est vrai que les fruits, comme les l\u00e9gumes, prot\u00e8gent contre de nombreuses maladies, notamment le diab\u00e8te, les maladies cardiovasculaires et les cancers. C\u2019est encore exact que les fruits fortifient les os, car ils constituent une source non n\u00e9gligeable de calcium, inf\u00e9rieure cependant aux produits laitiers, mais leurs antioxydants (phyto\u0153strog\u00e8nes et potassium) permettent \u00e0 l&rsquo;organisme de lutter contre la d\u00e9min\u00e9ralisation osseuse et donc contre l&rsquo;ost\u00e9oporose. Et c\u2019est \u00e9galement prouv\u00e9, depuis belles lurettes, que les apports en antioxydants des fruits renforcent les d\u00e9fenses immunitaires. S\u2019ils sont pris convenablement, avant les repas, les bienfaits pour l\u2019organisme sont inestimables. Les fruits frais mang\u00e9s une heure avant de commencer le repas facilitent la digestion, ce qui permet de d\u00e9toxifier notre organisme, de faciliter ce faisant la perte de poids et d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;assimilation de vitamines et de min\u00e9raux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui pourrait arriver si\u2026\u00a0?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Malheureusement, et ce qui est aussi vrai, c\u2019est que la mauvaise prise des fruits peut constituer un poison pour la sant\u00e9. Car, manger des fruits en fin de repas provoque la destruction des vitamines et autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs qu\u2019ils contiennent ainsi que divers d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ments tels que ballonnements, flatulences, voire hyperacidit\u00e9 de l\u2019estomac ou m\u00eame cirrhose.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9al est de manger les fruits seuls lorsque l\u2019estomac est vide, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire soit le matin, soit 1h avant les repas soit 4 h apr\u00e8s.
