Il s\u2019est agi pour les ministres d\u2019informer l\u2019opinion publique sur le projet, son trac\u00e9, les avantages du projet et aussi sur ses caract\u00e9ristiques techniques pour les deux nations.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/latribunedufaso.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG-20210325-WA0013.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2897 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/latribunedufaso.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG-20210325-WA0013-300x135.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"135\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.latribunedufaso.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG-20210325-WA0013-300x135.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.latribunedufaso.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG-20210325-WA0013-1024x461.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.latribunedufaso.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG-20210325-WA0013-768x346.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.latribunedufaso.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/IMG-20210325-WA0013.jpg 1040w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a> D\u2019un co\u00fbt d\u2019environ 4,7 milliards d\u2019Euros, le projet d\u2019interconnexion Burkina-Ghana est un projet qui doit relier le port de T\u00e9ma (au Ghana) \u00e0 la ville de Ouagadougou (au Burkina Faso) sur une distance de 1 102 kilom\u00e8tres (Km), soit 320 km en territoire burkinab\u00e9 et 782 km en territoire ghan\u00e9en. Des 782 km de la partie ghan\u00e9enne, 90 km est en construction sur fond propre du gouvernement du Ghana et est \u00e0 80% du taux d\u2019ex\u00e9cution selon le ministre ghan\u00e9en du d\u00e9veloppement du chemin de fer, John Peter Amewu\u2019s. Quant au trac\u00e9 de la liaison ferroviaire, des dires du ministre des transports, l\u2019itin\u00e9raire, sous r\u00e9serve des \u00e9tudes techniques, va de Ouagadougou \u00e0 Dakola-Paga, fronti\u00e8re Burkina-Ghana en passant par Kombissiri, Manga, B\u00e9gu\u00e9do, Garango, Tenkodogo, Bagr\u00e9-P\u00f4le, Zabr\u00e9 et P\u00f4. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du Ghana, le trac\u00e9 indiqu\u00e9 va du Port de T\u00e9ma \u00e0 Bolgatanga et Navrongo, fronti\u00e8re Ghana-Burkina, mais avant, longe la partie Est du pays, chemine vers le port fluvial d&rsquo;Akosombo pour desservir Ho et Yendi, au nord du pays, rejoint ensuite Tamal\u00e9 pour emprunter la colonne vert\u00e9brale centrale et continuer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Paga en passant par Walewale.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce qui est des avantages de la ligne ferroviaire, Vincent Dabilgou informe que le chemin de fer est tr\u00e8s avantageux et tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titif quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;acheminement du fret par rapport \u00e0 la route. \u00ab\u00a0Le chemin de fer est plus comp\u00e9titif que la route pour l\u2019acheminement des produits pond\u00e9reux (ciment, engrais, c\u00e9r\u00e9ale, hydrocarbure, fibre de coton) sur des distances relativement longues en raison de la forte d\u00e9gressivit\u00e9 des co\u00fbts en fonction de la distance \u00e0 parcourir\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il soutenu. \u00c0 cela, il ajoute la rapidit\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9vacuation des tonnages importants\u00a0et la fiabilit\u00e9 dans la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes et des biens. En ce qui concerne les avantages du projet, il \u00e9voque la cr\u00e9ation de plus de 30 000 emplois directs et indirects pendant la phase de construction\u00a0; l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions \u00e9conomiques des zones travers\u00e9es et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019activit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de revenus dans les gares (55 dont 10 au Burkina) et tout le long du chemin de fer ; l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019\u00e9coulement des produits de la zone de Bagr\u00e9-P\u00f4le sur le march\u00e9; l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des exportations de minerais vers les ports; l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de la s\u00fbret\u00e9 des transports terrestres et surtout la pr\u00e9servation du r\u00e9seau routier, sujet \u00e0 des d\u00e9gradations pr\u00e9coces r\u00e9sultant des surcharges.<\/p>\n<p>Les caract\u00e9ristiques techniques du projet, \u00e9voqu\u00e9es par Vincent Dabilgou, respecteront des standards internationaux \u00e0 savoir une vitesse des trains voyageurs \u00e0 160 km\/h et \u00e0 120km\/h, celle des trains marchandises; une ligne \u00e0 voie unique et \u00e0 \u00e9cartement normal de 1 435 millim\u00e8tres ; des rails de type UIC 60 ; des charges \u00e0 l\u2019essieu de 25 tonnes (OA) et 23 tonnes (Voie) ; un syst\u00e8me de t\u00e9l\u00e9communications et de signalisation par c\u00e2bles \u00e0 fibres optiques et une emprise du couloir de 60m. S\u2019appuyant sur les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude de faisabilit\u00e9, M. Dabilgou d\u00e9montre que le projet est \u00e9conomiquement viable avec une projection d\u2019entre 2 \u00e0 3 millions de passagers et 7 \u00e0 17 millions de tonnes de marchandises par an sur le tron\u00e7on.<\/p>\n<p>En rappel, le projet de la liaison ferroviaire T\u00e9ma-Ouagadougou sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 travers un Partenariat public-priv\u00e9 (PPP). L\u2019entreprise qui sera charg\u00e9e de r\u00e9aliser le projet va l\u2019exploiter sur une p\u00e9riode donn\u00e9e avant de remettre la gestion aux deux pays. Consortiums China Railway n\u00b010, African global development et Frontline capital advisors, sont les trois entreprises en lice pour l\u2019obtention du march\u00e9 de construction du tron\u00e7on.
