One of the reasons for this forum, according to the head of government, Christophe Dabir\u00e9, is to present to the nation’s vital forces a stage plan in the fight against COVID-19 in Burkina Faso in order to re-mobilize them to maintain the vigilance in the face of disease and learning to live with it. Hence the title of the chosen theme: \u00ab\u00a0to re-mobilize the entire nation to intensify the response to COVID-19 and learn to live with it\u00a0\u00bb. He also considers that the holding of said forum derives its relevance from the constant ambient skepticism coupled with a dangerous slackening in the observance of barrier measures. He therefore did not fail to challenge and make known the government’s expectations vis-\u00e0-vis each citizen. \u201cCOVID-19 is still here and very real. It exists and it kills.<\/span><\/p>\n

Community mobilization is a big part of the national response plan to the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. \u201cThe national crisis response plan is based, among other things, on community mobilization to successfully curb the epidemic and reduce its perverse effects on the socio-economic level.
