The objective of this 8th edition of Low Carbon Emissions Days (JFEC), according to the words of the Minister of the Environment, Green Economy and Climate Change (MEEVCC), Nestor Bassi\u00e8re, is to contribute to improving energy efficiency while preserving air quality.
