C&rsquo;est une manifestation qui c\u00e9l\u00e8bre la culture dans toute sa diversit\u00e9 ainsi que les arts. A l&rsquo;Institut national de formation de personnels de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation (INFPE) de Bobo-Dioulasso, ex ENEP de Bobo, se tient la comp\u00e9tition de l&rsquo;art culinaire.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><br \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Elle vise \u00e0 valoriser les mets locaux ainsi que la culture et les traditions culinaires des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions. Pour cette \u00e9dition de la SNC, 42 cordons bleus sont en lice. Un plat bien pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 est d\u00e9j\u00e0 mang\u00e9 \u00e0 50% \u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le 30 avril 2024, une \u00e9quipe de Latribunedufaso.net a fait le constat du d\u00e9roulement de la comp\u00e9tition. Ce jour, plusieurs plats \u00e9taient au menu notamment du couscous, des g\u00e2teaux et de la boisson. Je pr\u00e9sente un plat lourd, le <em>Beng saoul\u00e8<\/em> (dans ma langue maternelle qui signifie haricot au couscous). C&rsquo;est du couscous de ma\u00efs jaune au haricot \u00e0 la sauce l\u00e9gume.<\/p>\n<p>La recette est faite avec du haricot blanc, du ma\u00efs jaune et d&rsquo;autres ingr\u00e9dients. On enl\u00e8ve le son du haricot et du ma\u00efs jaune. Le ma\u00efs jaune est ensuite concass\u00e9 pour obtenir du semoule. Apr\u00e8s avoir bien lav\u00e9 ce semoule pour le d\u00e9barrasser des impuret\u00e9s, on le passe \u00e0 la vapeur au moins 3 fois. A c\u00f4t\u00e9, le haricot est aussi pass\u00e9 \u00e0 la vapeur au moins 3 fois. Les deux ingr\u00e9dients sont ensuite m\u00e9lang\u00e9s pour obtenir le haricot au couscous. Le <em>Beng saoul\u00e8<\/em> est mang\u00e9 avec une sauce l\u00e9gume \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e. Je repr\u00e9sente la r\u00e9gion du Sud-Ouest mais ce plat n&rsquo;appartient pas \u00e0 une communaut\u00e9 donn\u00e9e. Il est connu partout, c&rsquo;est juste la mani\u00e8re de le cuisiner qui diff\u00e8re.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La comp\u00e9tition se passe tr\u00e8s bien. Chaque femme donne le meilleur d&rsquo;elle-m\u00eame. Je pense qu&rsquo;en participant, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 toutes gagn\u00e9. Dans cette recette, on retrouve de la farine de bl\u00e9, du lait, du sucre, un peu de levure et des \u0153ufs. Le tout m\u00e9lang\u00e9 est frit avec de l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;arachide. Ce plat peut-\u00eatre mang\u00e9 apr\u00e8s les repas, en suivant la t\u00e9l\u00e9 ou pendant les temps de causerie.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La comp\u00e9tition se d\u00e9rouler bien. Il y a plusieurs cat\u00e9gories (plat l\u00e9ger, plat lourd, dessert, boisson). La recette est compos\u00e9e du Mung bean (NDLR, nom scientifique, Vigna Radiata), de la pintade, des aubergines, du poivron, d&rsquo;oignon, des tomates et des feuilles de moringa. Pour la pr\u00e9paration, on trie le Mung bean, on le d\u00e9barrasse de ses impuret\u00e9s et on part moudre. La farine obtenue est ensuite pass\u00e9e \u00e0 la vapeur si on veut le consommer directement. Au cas contraire, on peut le s\u00e9cher pour conserver. Ce plat est tr\u00e8s nutritif surtout pour les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et les enfants. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Il faut noter que le Mung bean ou haricot Mungo est un c\u00e9r\u00e9ale de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des l\u00e9gumineuses originaire de la r\u00e9gion Indo-Birmane. Je fais aujourd&rsquo;hui une boisson appel\u00e9e dans notre langue locale <em>Margnimpi\u00e9ma<\/em>. C&rsquo;est du Gourmatchema. \u00c7a veut dire eau blanche d&rsquo;une femme qui vient d&rsquo;accoucher. Elle permet d&rsquo;enrichir le lait du nouveau n\u00e9. Pour la faire, on a besoin du petit mil, de l&rsquo;arachide, du pain de singe, du sucre ou du miel, et puis les feuilles d&rsquo;acacia S\u00e9n\u00e9gal. On peut la garder au frais pendant longtemps. Tout le monde peut boire, surtout les femmes qui ont nouvellement accouch\u00e9, si elles en prennent elles auront de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie toute la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La comp\u00e9tition se passe bien. On est l\u00e0, on attend les r\u00e9sultats. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, j&rsquo;ai fait le jus. Pour le faire, on a besoin du jus de patate, du gingembre, de la menthe et du miel. La patate est un aliment qui est beaucoup consomm\u00e9 au Burkina Faso, peu importe sa pr\u00e9paration. Qu&rsquo;elle soit frit, bouillie, grill\u00e9e ou fra\u00eeche. C&rsquo;est pour cela que nous avons voulu innover en faisant son jus. Je vais \u00e9galement pr\u00e9senter son couscous et son lait. Le jus de patate est tr\u00e8s nourrissant.<\/p>\n<p>La comp\u00e9tition se passe bien. Nous avons b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d&rsquo;une formation de renforcement de capacit\u00e9. Je suis confiante.
